WELCOME TO THE LAKE HIGHLANDS AREA EARLY CHILDHOOD PTA

  Happy February! Love is in the air, and we have so many sweet opportunities to connect this month, both in our PTA and in the greater Lake Highlands community. February is the perfect time to share the love by getting involved, meeting new people, and making heartwarming memories with your little ones.

A huge thank you to our incredible board members who work tirelessly to make all of this possible! Your time, energy, and dedication are truly the heartbeat of our organization. If you’ve ever thought about stepping into a leadership role, we’d love to have you join our board for next year! Serving is a rewarding way to meet amazing people, grow your leadership skills, and make a lasting impact on our community.

I also want to give a big shoutout to Taylor ShahAmadhi for planning the incredible Safari Night Mommy and Me Dance in January. You know it’s a great party when you leave your shoes behind! 

This month, I’m especially looking forward to our Taylor Swift-inspired “In My Dad Era” Daddy Dance—my husband’s favorite event for six years running!These events are such special opportunities to make magical memories with your kiddos, and I can’t wait to see all the smiles.

And don’t forget to join us at our February member meeting, where Katy Phinney, Director of Early Childhood Education at RISD, will share the latest on Pre-K offerings. This meeting is open to the public, so please spread the word!
